The Craft of Blue Pottery

​In this project, students of Michigan State University, USA, worked alongside peer students from IICD to explore handicraft traditions, processes, methods, materials, and challenges within Jaipur and surrounding areas. The student’s teams observed and interviewed craft artisans and stakeholders and documented their work and products in the form of short documentary films as a means to spread awareness for the benefit of the artisan communities. As a result of this one month program, four short films were produced, with my group having worked on Blue Pottery.
